Back Pain
Back pain is discomfort, stiffness, or aching felt in the upper, middle, or lower back, usually caused by muscle strain, poor posture, nerve irritation, or joint stress.
Back muscles support most body movement and posture. Limited circulation, prolonged sitting, or muscle fatigue cause these muscles to tighten and inflame. Over time this leads to stiffness, pain, and reduced flexibility. It can range from mild tightness to sharp or persistent pain that affects daily movement and comfort.
