Wrist Pain
Wrist pain is discomfort, stiffness, or aching felt in the wrist joint and surrounding muscles, tendons, or nerves that affects hand movement and grip strength.
It can develop gradually or suddenly and often worsens with repeated hand use. The wrist contains many small tendons and nerves working continuously during daily tasks.
Common Causes: Repetitive typing and mobile use | Poor wrist posture | Tendon inflammation (tendinitis) | Carpal tunnel nerve compression | Minor sprains or overuse strain
It Is Commonly Managed By : Rest and gentle stretching | Heat therapy or cold compress | Wrist support braces | TENS therapy | Ergonomic posture correction
