Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days anywhere in India. Delivery times may vary slightly for remote or non-serviceable pin codes.

Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. Cash on delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and pin codes.

Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow its progress to your doorstep.

Delays
While we work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to weather, courier network disruptions, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in these situations.

International shipping
At this time, we ship only within India and do not offer international delivery.
